How it works is simple...

The Chef arranges "Snacks" on the table with some Salted Items, Crackers and Dips to hold you...

Then he settles down in the kitchen and prepares continuously for you plates of International Finger Food that he will come to serve and comment throughout the evening...

Hot, cold, classic, fusion, delirious, improvised...

Meet him with your dinner guests, choose among his products and impose him your culinary challenges during the evening !


With the market products, Chef Patrick will prepare for you all sorts of Finger Food : Scrambled Eggs Tartines, Spiced Tataki, Baked Mont d'Or Cheese, Grilled Vegetables, Pan con Tomate, Tortilla, Beef Marinated with Anchovies, Sautéed Dried Plums and Bacon, Boquerones en Vinagre, Ikura Gunkan, Mini Potatoe Skins, Veggies Velouté, Gravelax Salmon, Mini Green Curry Chicken Skewers, Sautéed Jumbo Shrimps with Fresh Goat Cheese, Fried Quail Egg on Toast, Ceviche, Risotto, Panacotta, Natillas, Caramelized Fruits...
